Responsible for overall operation of the third busiest airport in the state of Illinois, and the Saint Louis Downtown Heliport (M07).
Key Highlights
Collaborate with tenants to solve long standing lease and airport issues and program a lease document management system in PHP/MySQL.
Evaluate hangar development options, establish rates and fees and design schedules to meet airport objectives, and conduct pre-design on hangar layout plans in CAD.
Coordinate with prospective developers on solar farm implementation for sustainability and additional non-aeronautical revenue.
Evaluate employee performance, conduct employee training or discipline, and encourage professional and personal growth.

Responsible for overall airport operation including: Coordinating maintenance activities, facility inspections, work assignments, evaluating and training subordinate employees.
Key Highlights
Organized a new marketing campaign involving renaming the airport, attending local festivals, creating a new airport logo, speaking about the airport on radio and television, and developed relationships with charter flight operators for destination packages.
Research and Prepare documentation that requires statistics and analytics such as airport performance metrics, forecast future demand and needs, cost based accounting, and formatting data collections to applicable audiences.
Continue to develop innovating technical and non-technical solutions to increase airport efficiency, decrease costs, and find additional revenue sources
Prepare, justify, and manage the operating, personnel, maintenance, and capital improvement program for the airport with a record of decreasing over all costs of the airport every year while maintaining Class I Part 139 certification.
Manage construction projects to ensure projects have limited impact on airport operations and remain within budget and utilize funds appropriately.
